A lawyer by training, she holds an academic background of BBA LLB (Hons) from Jindal Global Law School and a Master of Business Laws specialization from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, integrating comprehensive legal scholarship with practical insights in governance.
Her distinguished scholarly contributions include a book chapter entitled "Effectiveness of Health Laws in India: A Critique on the Present State of Reproductive Rights and Medical Negligence Laws," published by Thomson Reuters. She has authored the policy paper "Aatmanirbhar Bharat – A Pillar for Global Supply Chain" (2025) for the Vivekananda International Foundation and presented her research on "Digital India: Road to Viksit Bharat 2047" at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA).

Lt Gen PR Venkatesh, PVSM, SM (Retd) is a distinguished third-generation veterinarian and retired Director General of the Remount & Veterinary Corps (RVC) of the Indian Army, with over 35 years of exemplary service in diverse operational environments.
Honored with Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM) by the President of India (2021), Sena Medal (SM), and multiple commendations for leadership in equestrian events, counter-insurgency operations, and military veterinary advancements, he has also served as the Vice President (Veterinary), Equestrian Federation of India; Vice Chairman, Defence Services Officers Institute; and Lifetime Fellow, National Academy of Veterinary Sciences.
Lt Gen PR Venkatesh, PVSM, SM (Retd) holds MVSc (1985) and BVSc & AH (1983) from Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur, along with National Diploma in Equine Husbandry, Medicine & Surgery (2005) from IVRI, Izatnagar, complemented by advanced management courses from IIMs and defence institutions.

Anushka Saraswat is a White-Collar Crime & National Security Law Scholar and a Consultant on International Law, Counter-Terrorism Law, Lawfare and International Disputes. She served as a core member at the Civil 20 Working Group on Human Rights during India’s G20 Presidency. She is a law and international relations graduate from O.P. Jindal Global University, India.Holding certificates from the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC), she is a published author and scholar with bylines in mainstream media, think tanks and national and international magazines.
Ms Saraswat’s focus areas include white-collar crime and transnational financial offences, FATF frameworks and terror finance and proliferation finance law (UAPA, PMLA, PCA, ICSANT, UNSCR regimes). International dispute resolution mechanisms under UNCITRAL, ICSID, and PCA frameworks.
